How much money do you guys need?

I would be able to live on 200k is all I am saying

Exactly $200 k is more than 90% of the population earns.
People bandy around 2, 3, 400 k as if it’s nothing

How on earth did Voss manage to get 2 interviews? I'm still bewildered.

He's regarded highly.

He's also one of the few former coaches to actually own their mistakes from their first stint. He's said in interviews how Brisbane was a mistake, he wasn't ready, delegated too much, etc. He's spent all his time since then gaining valuable experience and learning.

I think he'll get another top gig in due course.

Is Bryce Gibbs one of those players? :)

 Gibbs, Betts and Jacobs
I’ve swung again, do not want Gibbs; happy for CFC to move on as far as that player is concerned. Happy to have Betts back. A big No to Jacobs.

Jacobs could well be our #1 ruck.

Gibbs is versatile and durable. Could fill a role across half back, half forward or on ball. He'd be perfect for additional senior support.

TBF Barnaby isn't wrong. Considering the top tax rate is 45%, child support to his ex wife for 3 or 4 kids worked out on his 200K yearly salary, suddenly his 200k isn't looking all that flash at all. and he still hasnt spent one dollar supporting his new partner and kids.

Maybe he should buy smaller hats....

I’m finding it hard to see the pragmatic advantages AFA Gibbs and Jacobs are concerned; am still emotionally offended by their abandonment. Nah do not want those 2. But a big yes to Edward; have never stopped loving him.

Big yes to Eddie and Jacobs from me. Fill required needs.

Gibbs I'm on the fence about. I'm not sure his issues have been resolved. Leaving SA could bring further issues as well. Plus we front ended his last contract with us and he signed on to Adelaide for big $$. Difficult fence this one. Tentatively pass.

Hope it's with the Crows.

It is an income the more than 90% of the population would die for and just note the top MARGINAL tax rate is 45% but that doesn't kick in to $180,000. The actual proportion of tax he will pay is much less.

EDDY HAS STILL GO SOMETHING TO ADD. 25 -35 GOALS would be nice. Even if he just gets us over the line on 2-3 tight games. The buzz of training with and playing along an all time great small forward can also have a good effect on the up and coming players particularly our batch of indigenous boys. From a selfish point of View, I have been starved of miracle goals or classy play that get you on your feet in unison with the roof being blown out of the Stadium by passionate blue baggers.

The other 2 although may offer experience will only prevent some of the young ones getting decent educational game time. We went to all the trouble to build this list, why decimate it by playing young talent in the NB's. Lets face it NB's at the moment are a rabble and unless these guys are specifically brought in to play at the bull ants, No thanks..

Is it just possible Eddie and a few others see us as a more viable premiership chance than where they are now. And just want one last ride chance?

I think they just want out of that place.

Betts is on very very good money next year. He ain't leaving for money and no matter how we like to think it, we'll be lucky to play finals next year. We are way off a flag.

I don't know what a pre season will change with Teague or any recruits we get will add to our side. But i do know if they are the right change exciting things follow. Where that ends no one knows.
