If Dodo ****s this up, and hangs onto Daniher who has a poor season and decreases in value next year, he may well go the way of his namesake.....

I reckon Joe and his management aren't confident he'll get back to his best. Jump ship for the long term contract and security now.

No loss to Bombers. They have no incentive to trade him out. They get 2020 to see if he comes good. If he doesn't they wipe their hands clean. He comes good, they get a compo pick depending how he improves.

I've said it probably 50 times in that thread, Sydney are bonkers to throw more than our pick 9 at him. Huge gamble when they can grab him for nothing next year and see if he has, or good chance to, rehab back to his best.
