What qualifications in List Management does Liddle possess that make him think it's ok to recruit players behind the List Managers back?
Bizzare and concerning decision making.

What has Wells done lately, his identification of 18yo talent in the last 10 years is poor at best. The Carlton way is to “make someone an offer they can’t refuse.” I’m sure it’s almost impossible, but I’d love nothing more than to pry Wells from Geelong. I love SOS and what he’s achieved, but in my opinion Wells is the #1 recruiter/list manager in the game. It would be massive if we were to get him. No one would have thought that Russell would leave Hawthorn a few years ago - let’s use that same proactive approach with Wells.

What the fu**, Liddle.
I'm deleting you from LinkedIn, you don't deserve the honour...
The question I'd like answered is why Liddle was getting so heavily involved in list management decisions?
Says absolutely nothing, beyond SOS attending a board meeting.![]()

Ian Prendergast"Liddle was already under pressure after his key commercial appointment failed and lasted less than eight weeks in the job."
Who is this in relation to?
No its not. Prendergast has been appointed in the last few weeks in a more senior positionIan Prendergast
It's absolutely unacceptable and outside the scope of his role.
Although, I did read a day or two ago that SOS was perhaps more annoyed at the Betts recruitment, which doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
If u read the article that is what was statedNo its not. Prendergast has been appointed in the last few weeks in a more senior position
