From a visual perspective, they're also complimentary colours...

Complementary colors are pairs of colors which, when combined or mixed, cancel each other out (lose hue) by producing a grayscale color like white or black.[1][better source needed] When placed next to each other, they create the strongest contrast for those two colors.

Our ITK posters suggested our offer was a long way from the highest, and that we were unwilling to move any higher.

I got no trust in any of these sources, I just hope it is wrong as it scary if we were this irresponsible with important cap space and length of contracts.
