After getting to 10 or so picks I assume coaches can imagine the rest if they are still short on 42. :tearsofjoy:

FWIW once it gets a little closer to bidding and trading finishing I tend to trim/add picks to get to the 42. It works a bit both ways as you'll notice Geelong are actually under the TPP once you remove 5 of their passable draft picks to trim them back to 42.

Just thought I'd also clarify we still have that rule in place that if guys get delisted after year 1 we get a 100% discount... asking for a mate who might have Pick 117.

Tell your friend that is correct - for the first time draftees that have to be contracted to a 2 year deal.
Rule doesn't apply for the already drafted AFL players where you can choose their contract.

If anyone is willing to back KKolo to overcome his concussion issues and get back to his 70s+ scoring (and can fit his 500k contract), happy to chat about offloading him for a few late picks.

I have a couple of players - Jonathan Ceglar (too many ruckmen) and Jackson Thurlow going relatively cheap, if anyone wants them. You might be surprised at my generosity. Then again...you might not.

I think I have aound $900k in salary cap space and potentially one free spot on my list so can take on a high salary contract if anyone needs to free up some salarcy space.

The more of the following preferred criteria are met, the better the chances...
- Top quality player
- Highly rated youngster
- Reasonable salary for the players ability
- Salary value can be questionable but it'd need to be a short term contract
- 23 years old or younger
- Room for improvement
- Deal must be mutually beneficial

Don't be afraid to ask about any player, but also be prepared for me to say no if it doesn't suit me. I'm sure there'll be a lot of players and contracts I'm just not willing to look at.

Picks and/or extra players can be exchanged in the deal.

Now that AFL draft dates are known, a minor tweak has been made to the AFLTM off-season schedule with the close of own player bidding and AFLTM National Draft dates being pushed back 1 day. This will allow coaches time to make final adjustments to lists post AFL draft.

The new dates for these are:
8pm Thursday December 11: Own player bidding closes (i.e. you have to have met the requirements below)
9am Friday December 12: National Draft starts (picks can be passed for PSD). Live pick trading commences.

Anyone that has the salary cap room to take on a contracted delisted player and would like an earlier draft pick as a reward for doing so, let me know.
I can take potentially take on multiple delisted players depending on the contracts instead of or possibly even in addition to potential trades from my previous post.

I'm open to all possibilities with regards to my free cap space.

What discount applies for Tom Langdon retiring due to a chronic knee injury?
50% for retirement due to injury.

StKilda apply to delist Tom Langdon at 50% due to his injuries forcing him to retire.

StKilda thank him for his 2 weeks service and 0 games played.

Wrong thread you flog

Are there any uncontracted players here that coaches aren't wanting because they're 💩 or can't fit them in that still have a contract in the AFL? More so weighing up if there's anyone I can chuck on a one-year minimum deal that's better than say Pick 117.
