Maxwell's appeal to block her 2015 transcript heard on Tuesday. Originally ordered to be released by District Judge Loretta Preska in July.

After two and a half hours, the three-judge panel appeared split, with presiding Judge Jose Cabranes not signaling a viewpoint and the other two seeming to stake out opposite views on Maxwell’s appeal. The judges did not rule from the bench and opted for issuing a written decision later.

Appeal Judge Pooler suggested “Ms. Maxwell may be a victim herself.”

“Whether Ms. Maxwell is a victim or not is irrelevant to the issue,” Walz replied, adding that the Herald does not believe Maxwell is a victim.

Two of the "John Doe's" have asked Preska to redact portions of the transcript to keep their identities private.

The wrangling over the transcript potentially weighs on yet another legal matter, Maxwell’s claim against the Epstein estate in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where Epstein’s maintained his main residence the last decade of his life after release from a Florida jail following a roughly one-year stay.

Maxwell has asked a court there to have the Epstein estate pay her legal bills, claiming Epstein verbally promised to cover her legal bills and that he was doing so up until the time of his death. The estate counters Maxwell has no claim.

Haven't read it all yet but mostly it's Virginia is a liar, I don't know it wasn't my job, or ask Jeffery.

A couple of interesting passages where she denies JE has paid for any of her legal costs, but is now suing his estate because she says he promised to pay her legal coasts.

Know nothing about a puppet in JE's NY residence, but explain what you mean is a puppet. Ok maybe there was a caricature of the redacted Prince, then questioned about possible use of this caricature.

Almost all names redacted but use of Bill Clinton's name comes after some redacted questions about flights and activities with him.

For example, after cracking the redactions, we know that Maxwell was asked about an email that Dershowitz allegedly sent to Epstein. In that email, Dershowitz reportedly wrote that he was “working on several possible articles about unfairness in the legal process that allows false charges to be inserted into legal documents.”

Another interesting page was when she was asked what countries she was a citizen of.
US age of consent is 16 - 18.
UK age of consent is 16.
TerraMar citizen of the high seas no age of consent.
French age of consent is 15.
