What have i missed here? Why is it at each WCE home game there are a commited bunch of fans behind each goal that hold up advertising boards? Is this a club idea? do they do it for a laugh? or do they do it for ca$h(whores). Fill me in people from what i can work out this has been going on for many years.

Its a promotion by a company named "message on hold" rather cleaver advertiosing i'd say, mroe noticable than the hundereds of signs around the ground. However I dont notice tham anymore being a footy fan so long, you just reminded me of it.

Its been around for roughly 10 years now so its nothing new

Its an answering machine type service this guy started back then cos he was broke and needed to make some money. The guys now a multi millionaire to show you just how well he's done.

The Eagles have nothing to do with it. The guy pays for peopls ticket to the game i think, and in return they do the messaging signs for him.
