O'Meara by the length of the Flemington Straight.
Cotchin easily. Easily.
Mitchell and it's not even close.
Now that I've got the typical BF responses out of the way, maybe we can involve ourselves in some genuine discussion.

5 years from this poll in 2018 yes Mitchell was the best, but Cotchin’s best was better than MitchellMitchell was hands down the best player of the 3
Nope, not even close5 years from this poll in 2018 yes Mitchell was the best, but Cotchin’s best was better than Mitchell
100% Cotchin at is best is ahead of Mitchell, you could start a poll and you’re right it won’t be close.Nope, not even close
meh I don't care what the results of a poll would be100% Cotchin at is best is ahead of Mitchell, you could start a poll and you’re right it won’t be close.
I was at Richmond vs the Dogs 2012, Trent Cotchin’s performance that day still stands out to me as the best live game I’ve seen from any player ever. He was unbelievably good back in those days, better than Mitchell’s best
Not for me, other way around imo, Cotchin’s season was better.meh I don't care what the results of a poll would be
Mitchells 2018 was better than Cotchins 2012 season imo
Not for me, other way around imo, Cotchin’s season was better.

And lets be honest he should have been suspended and not even played in the first one
So back to point, judging the 3 players on the merit of who WILL/IS the best player its Tom Mitchell easily
Hodge and Voss are in a different class when compared to Cotchin as footballersCotchin. Hodge. Voss types don't grow on trees. He went lower and harder to win the ball fair imagine still bitching about it.
Hodge and Voss are in a different class when compared to Cotchin as footballers
In total fairness Voss is probably in a different class to Hodge who is a different class to Cotchin
keep on winning flags? How come Richmond keep on winning flags again?
How come Richmond keep on winning flags again?
They won flags because they were the best team - not because Cotchin was the best player. It's such a dumb way to compare individuals..."but this guy won more flags." Never mind Cotchin didn't receive a single coaches vote in the finals of 2019 or 2020 and didn't even crack 20 disposals once (kicked 1 goal in 6 games) - he was generally very average during those campaigns. Having better teammates doesn't make you the better player.
Is Michael Tuck the greatest player of all time? Do you rate Paul Puopolo higher than Matthew Richardson? Of course you don't, because it's f****g stupid.
