Most importantly, Ronald Fejo is a great kid. He will give it his all to earn a spot on Essendon's list and has done a tremendous amount of work on his football over the past couple of years. I've watched him play a lot. He was definitely a good junior but not a standout AFL prospect or anything like that. However, his progression into the NTFL Premier League was impressive and he certainly showed traits that suggested he could play at a much higher level. Good decision by the Bombers to add him to the train-on list.
