I'm an optimistic guy but the McKay stuff is a pipe dream. He's built a great partnership with Curnow and Carlton would give the world to keep both together. Maybe if things like salary caps existed but we know they don't for teams like Carlton an Richmond.

Getting McKay is more fanciful than posters hoping for Moore last year. Our only shot would be if Carlton stunk more than us. But unfortunately they have optimism after this season.
