Another terrific example of the wonderful world we now live in. The accusers get to throw mud uninhibited and anonymously, while the accused have their names dragged through the mud in the public forum. Not one single piece of evidence has been produced to back up any one or more of the allegations made. Documents requested by the accused for their consideration are being actively withheld. We've been told that this panel is a good, honest group of people who won't be influenced by other parties. If they really are saying that mediation involves an admission I am guessing they have found some damning evidence.

So the panel and or defendant’s counsel manage to access said medical records of 1 or more of the complainants and it is revealed they have been diagnosed previously with a neurological disorder where does that leave us surrounding the validity of their claims

I can only speak for myself, if it’s proven I agree that he should be punished severely, I’ve been consistent on that.

But at present there has been a fair few issues with the process and it has affected his ability to defend himself.
