Geelong Crazy is Crazy Chris Scott, no doubt about it

None of those lists are the same level of talent as Brisbane, not even close.

what do you think is more impressive? Coaching a b22 of 10 rookies to a grand final, or coaching a team to a premiership that is stacked with high end draft picks, academy and father sons, free agents and trades?

geelongs list has no right to even be a finalist, it is the makeup of a bottom four side.

Bulldogs have a crap defense, collingwood has a mediocre forward half outside of Elliot and an average engine room outside of daicos brothers.

The others you mentioned deft not near it.

Brisbane is elite on ever level. Elite defense, very elite midfield ground of 5-6A graders rotating thru, elite forward half.

They have zero weaknesses
If you can fit all that in the cap, it means you have taught some average players how to play a role. That’s called coaching.

Doesn’t work like that, never has.

Brisbane has become a destination club that players are willing to play for a bit less to join compared to say st kilda.

I do credit fagan for that. He has created an atmosphere and culture players want to be apart of.

The premise of this thread is so odd.

Completely disregard the Coach of 4 premierships for the guy who was his 2iC, because he eventually wins some of his own.
Looking forward to the "How much of Chris Fagan's success at Brisbane was actually due to Danny Daly" thread in a few years time.
