Does anyone have the footage of the goal by rocca when it was a Goal but people said no. i suprisingly cant quite remember it does anyone have any footage of it Thanks
 
I thought you were talking about the one in the grand final that wasn't paid a goal.

Mate, I know exactly what you mean - hence my user name on Bigfooty!! I was there on the day and had a perfect view of what was definitely a goal. It was a total joke of a decision and who knows what might have happened if the correct call was made.

I don't know where we can find footage of the shot - it's not on youtube. Not sure I'd want to watch it anyway - the pain, the pain....

Ha. Yes, well I've been watching the boards all year... and now my time has clearly come! Looks like we're going OK tonight, but we should be smashing them by more. Melb are playing rubbish
 
Friggin get over it. It was early in the 4th quarter, Fraser kicked a goal afterwards that put us in front, so it is not like it was our last opportunity to win the game. If you are looking for a scapegoat, he is playing for Fremantle now and if he had kicked just one goal in that 3rd quarter when we had all the momentum, Bucks might have a premiership medal to go with his Norm Smith.

The more we whinge, the more pathetic we look as a club and the more pleasure you give to Collingwood haters. Cop it on the chin and move on.
 
Darrell White had an absolute sleeper hold on Tarrant, geez that pissed me off. But yes, I was lined up perfectly behind the goals to see Rocca's shot, and like everyone else at the game I thought it was a goal.

yeah it sucked but after 5 years one would hope you could've moved on by now :rolleyes:
 
If we can't get over the Wayne Harmes thing in 1979, what hope over the Rocca thing.

If only we had the same boundary umpire officiating at the St Kilda vs Pies game this year as was doing the 79' GF then Thommo would have a new car!
 
Or the boundary umpire at the St. Kilda vs. Pies game officiating at the 1979 GF and we would have another flag. ;)
