A few years back the language used in the club was about the brotherhood. It would pop out in interviews and places where the boys would always talk about the brotherhood and refer to each other as brothers
Now there's a new phrase going around - 'anchoring back' It's popped up in the poddy and a few other places.
It appears to me that it's being used as a way to ground core values - 'anchor back' to key messages and what's important to focus on. Have you heard it being used in other contexts?
