35 scoring shots, offensive juggernaut Dees laid low only by poor accuracy. Once we fix that I can't see us losing.

It was the Chandler type players I was hoping would show a bit more in this game as that will push the club forward if players like that can improve. But not too be.

Biggest positive for mine was the very slick centre square and general clearance work at times. Oliver and Trac both looking very good.

Biggest negative was getting opened up for too many easy walk-in goals. Relying on Bowey (too small) and Howes (not agile enough) to wrangle smaller opposition forwards will also be rough this year.

Everything was setup for Chandler given Pickett’s suspension and Chandler has been incredibly underwhelming in the two games.

Yeah he's looking like one of those players who just fizzles out the longer his career goes on.

Would love to see us play Viney as a small forward this year. But with Goody it won’t happen.

Delivery inside 50, finishing and just general quality of personel in our forward line is still a huge concern. JvR immediately being out & Pickett only playing a quarter doesn't help but same issues in the past where we have to scrap for scoring chances while our opponents walk goals in easily. Clearance work from Trac & Oliver looked good at least. None of the borderline 22 players really did much to stake a claim.

Only really seemed to open them up once or twice with the chipping & switching game out of defence & otherwise didn't seem to be huge changes in how we're playing.

A tad disappointed with that hit out. We looked much better from a style perspective against North last week.

The usual suspects looking average too. Hopefully we go with some young blood early.

One thing I noticed was there seems to have been an instruction to share the ball round more but that has resulted in an over correction with a lot of players giving up the ball to players in worse positions.

You might want to pre order the entire season for me while youre there Les, haven't watched a minute of either preseason game and I reckon there is a decent chance that continues on into the season. Zero excitement for me heading into the season, the least interested ive ever been in the Dees and AFL in general.

Hoping once Goody is sacked I become revitalised.

my 10 NFL dynasty teams get all the attention this AFL season.

With the inaccurate kicking, yeah can blame some of it on the wind and some terrible set shots, but I felt a lot of them were rushed panic shots or shots from bad positions. Felt like Fremantle were able to get the ball in good spots for scoring because their style is much better than ours. Didn't really see much to indicate that our new style is going be be any better.

Get a fist full of it in round 1 against GWS and their small brigade... Not going to be pretty
