Is it the Crows or Bigman that's taking a siesta?
That’d be nice but just had a busy arvo unfortunately. I did make it to training though this morning.

It was very casual for a Wednesday session which isn’t overly surprising given we still have 11 days until the first game. No point revving the lads up just yet.

It was a little strange though, there were a number of absentees today. Obviously Keane, Jones and Strachan didn’t train with the main group (Keane was doing running and looked good) but Tex only came out to watch while Bond, Neal-Bullen, Toby Murray, Pedlar, Taylor and Schoenberg were nowhere to be seen. Probably just rested I’m guessing.

Rachele and Milera trained fully, while Draper did about half the session (trained well) before heading in.

Even though it was a low key session it was still a pretty good watch. Gee Cumming rarely makes mistakes, it’s hard not to wince though whenever he stretches out, I’m half expecting that hamstring to go each time. Worrell was great, Thilthorpe was a bit of a nightmare at times for Murray too, if he gets front position on the lead he’s just so hard to spoil. Welsh clunked a few nice marks today, hopefully he can get his hands on it in the next trial game.

Think there could be a scratch match on Friday, hopefully anyway. I’ll be there regardless.

Thanks.

There will be.

Thanks again bigman.

We need to set up some kind of breeding program with our best AFL and AFLW players. Carefully chosen matches for the ideal genetic attributes we're looking for, with a goal of spawning enough players to populate an entire premiership team in the next 25 years.

If the club were to hire a full time eugenicist, would that be counted under the soft cap?

Not sure if it's been mentioned, Abby Holmes and Keegan Brooks are expecting.

Last I heard he was back training with the main group and working on getting his fitness up to scratch? Have you heard different?
Well, it's been the feature story in most footy media in the last 48 hours.

No one from the Bulldogs camp is getting a story out there that things are improving. Sounds like the opposite, considering how much of a runaway story this is becoming.

Well Rory Lobb has already come out and said the stories re him and JUH circulating on social media are absolute bullshit.

So you've heard different from a reliable source it's not right that JUH has been back training with the main squad for several weeks now?

You believe that do you ??

Sounds like to me Rory is trying to quieten down the noise, and understandably so.

I mean how can you not believe everything a footballer says?

I have no idea why you're being so defensive.

Literally every media outlet covering football has reported on the issues surrounding JUH.

“I’ll tell you. Jamarra has acted the goat. Last year in the finals series he was out and about before the Western Bulldogs played Hawthorn, got four touches in that game, the coach (Beveridge) was absolutely filthy, the captain (Bontempelli) was absolutely filthy and he’s had a big summer off the field, some say maybe they need to put a red rope at the front of the Whitten Oval to get him to turn up,” McGuire said.
