Those are illegal now.Again, not a lockdown.
I’m looking for a Baker type. A hard-nosed man-minder.

What an awesome birthday pressy for him.My dad picked a great day to have his sixtieth! Go Sainters, best win I’ve ever seen live.
Also, how good is hearing this reverberate around the ground:
MAAAAAASONNNNNN WOOOOOOOOOD

I think the hard-nose comes a bit with time. No reason why Hastie couldn't get there. Jimmy wasn't always as much of a lock down as he is now, he had elements of it but he used to be more of a flanker.Again, not a lockdown.

What else would you call it? That's precisely what it wasAccording to the Herald-Sun it was "an errant knock". FMD.

Gee, a King, Owens, CollardPretty excited about our young forward line at the moment. Keeler out for Max and its a serious goer.
Higgins looks in career best form. Going at 3 goals a game atm and if that continues, he's every chance to win the bloody Coleman
Owens is just a freaking unit. I said it ages ago, but I still think he is more Gehrig than Koota. Will be even better with Max around to take the double team.
Lancey boy Collard will have some down days for but he knows where to be when there are goals to be kicked. Was also the case in the VFL last year, and it's something you just can't teach
Hall is surprisingly good by foot, and adds a much need forward of center connection into the 50
Sharman maybe a bit rusty, but on the days he brings it all together he looks amazing
And finally Big Max, if he could just get a solid run at it, and become the spearhead he was drafted to be, then we are really cooking with gas.
I keep forgetting we still have Henry to come in. He was electric last year, really excited to see him back at half forward.
Hmmm...doesn't look like a "knock" to me, more like a choke hold. What else would you call it? That's precisely what it was
Could McLennan be that replacement?I’m uncomfortable with the idea of drafting a small lockdown defender with an early pick, but boy oh boy do we need another genuine specimen on the list.
If you disagree, have a look at how important Webster was today when it was tough going…
Owens gets NO love from the umps, hard agree.Watched the game live.
Owen’s gets no love from the ump.
Hall surprised me, will be a good player for us.
Great to see Lance having a good game.
First half was pure shyte.
I LOVE, and I mean love, Jimmy.
No frills, hard as a cat’s head and always 100% committed.
Didn’t see what happened to him but hopefully he’s not out for long.
I’ve rarely seen such a clear turning point. There was a palpable change at the ground after that Michito mark which they disgracefully paid to Nankervis. The crowd and the players just went "**** these blokes, they're no good" and it was 14 goals to 2 after that point.
It's what we haven't been able to do against garbage team in recent times. The games when we get dragged to their level and we'd win by 3 goals in low scoring affairs. Hopefully that's all in the past now.
Onto Port, who looked every bit as average as Richmond on Thursday night. Put the work into their top line players and we can expose some of their spuds and roll them. Our last ever game against Hinkley as coach, let's send him off the right way!
Irish and Stickers will be given the first chance at it, you’d wager, but I still want a development one.I think the hard-nose comes a bit with time. No reason why Hastie couldn't get there. Jimmy wasn't always as much of a lock down as he is now, he had elements of it but he used to be more of a flanker.
Irish has got that mongral about him, so does Stocker though he isn't as good of a defender. But yeah I'd love another Webster or another Geary even in our team. Heart and soul types.
Is he available this year or next? He’s more of a utility/interceptor, and probably not quick enough for the zippy smalls.
Maybe our NGA kid…?

I genuinely underrate him. Low expectations which he is meeting and beatingHall.
Very, very underrated recruit.
If you watched Sandringham today you wouldn’t be that excited!I keep forgetting we still have Henry to come in. He was electric last year, really excited to see him back at half forward.
Sick!This year.
I think it’s worth pointing out that Websters 10 years of service was acknowledged but agreed that it wouldn’t be celebrated at last years BnF and that it would be this year.Zaine looks the most likely delisting out of this lot. Heath and McLennan will be nervous. Do we just rotate the minimum 3 players out? Wouldn't make sense to delist Howard, Keeler or Schoenmaker. Byrnes, Stocker and Jones would be pretty stiff. Nas and Windy hopefully sign on eventually, and long term.
