You can't speak in general terms. Even in his opening pitch K-Dog was doing it. Thought it was OK but left to much to jury answers.

Myles is on another level. Showed contrition which was juries love as well.

A shame because K-Dog was elite with the physical challenges.

Good to see a really messy and train wreck season finish off strong.

Was he though? Would you call Brisbane beating say West Coast every week elite? Because that was essentially Kaelan’s level of competition this season.

Kaelan’s game just lacked depth in the end. Really good for getting to the end but very difficult to pitch a win.

Like AJ alluded to in his hubris filled question - he didn’t make the step up from consistent and quiet strategist who is making small moves to push it in the direction he wants into making those decisions himself to become obvious in the jury’s minds.

Whereas Myles was able to talk about mistakes and the ups and downs as well as being on the bottom, which to a group of people who have been so on the bottom that they have been voted out, is always going to resonate.

I think if at any point in the last 5 or so votes, if Kaelan had voted out either AJ or Myles then he would have won tonight. That way his arc of the quiet guy into the big player willing to vote off his allies because they are a threat would have paid off.
