If we recalled Tsatas there is only one spot he can play so we would be taking out one of the other midfielders.
Davey played well last week but his three games back have been okay then average then good. My view is he needs to back it up.

I can't see us going close today. We bring in 2 talls for a wet weather game, they've selected for the conditions. Their 1 touch players like Sidebottom, Pendlebury, Daicos x2 etc remain pretty much 1 touch players in the wet whereas we fumble enough in the dry under any sort of pressure. The conditions nullify Moore being out, our tall backline will be busy trying to contain their mobile and generally smaller forward line.

All signs point to a belting.

I'm glad it's not going to be as wet for the spectacle, although I was kind of hoping for rain, as it might have given us a better chance of winning. But then I think I don't really care about winning this year; I just want a good draft pick. However, I also want us to win and be competitive today of all days. So many mixed feelings!

We're gonna win this. Just got a feeling. We're a good CP and clearance side which suits wet weather and despite the grumbling, Langford and Caddy are both good at ground level despite being tall/medium forwards. Jones on a wing will be fine, in fact I think most of you will be surprised at his effectiveness there. They've replaced Cox with Membrey who is basically as one dimensional as him,and also allows more flexibility in our back line.

This is essentially the team we drew with last year minus their second best player and captain.
