A great fight back after being challenged. Kudo's to Bobby Hill for not dropping his head. His energy in the 3rd helped and amazing goal was the spark we needed.

Well done to Sidey. I think any of Elliot or the 2 x Daicos could have been worthy.

Frampton battled hard but was always going to struggle a bit without Moore. Howe did well apart from that stinker.

Ned Long continues to perform his role. Goes in hard.

I love winning ANZAC day and this one felt special.

Thoroughly enjoyable win, put those clowns to the sword. It was rather miserable sitting in the open with it raining basically all game so coming away with an emphatic victory makes it all the better.

Fingers crossed for McStay and there’s no structural damage to his knee.

That Ned Long goes ok.

I’m always looking for him now. And feeling confident when he has the ball.

He looks confident too - starting to walk like a brute. However it is they walk, but whatever he has presence.

Haven’t read the game day thread. I’m sure it was full of love in the second quarter.

Another mature performance from us. To be picked apart in that horrid quarter, and then to run away with it in such a - pronounced? - way. Wow.

Again, the tight finishes of early Fly are a thing of the past. Good riddance.

Heading to the game day thread during the second quarter.

Save your sanity VP the game day thread is toxic as usual,
But yes a mature performance we steadied and held em out.

Long continues to do the job. Again, didn't see any significant mistakes. This might seem like faint praise, but for a new addition to the centre square it's a big deal that he's fitting in without a downside and plenty of upside - contested ball, great defensive work. Very nice set shot goal from around 50m as well.

If this holds and he is a genuine best 22 player, that's a massive plus. We already have good centre square coverage, but someone the size and strength of Long is something new.

Suprised we won by so much as I thought we did not play that well

We started well but Goal Kicking after 1st 3 Goals was poor goal Kicking

Then we had a Shocking 2nd Qtr and Early 3rd qtr

Our Forward line outside of Elliot was very poor

Midfield got back on top in 3rd Qtr and we finished better in front of Goal even with Scumps trying to help Dons in last qtr

We need to play better to beat Geelong next Saturday Night

You’re being very unpleasant to clowns right now
