yo. when i was at the game, the SUNS media top in my size wasnt in stock at team store.
but it is in stock online. but i dont wanna pay for postage - does anyone know whether when you buy online you get an option to collect at team store?

I prefer the pink to the red.

The red one isn't bad, but really it's just another boring jumper, like everyone else's.

The pink one stands out. It can make us a point of difference.

Maybe if we're going to wear it more, we can look at the logo/sponsors/numbers to make them fit a little better (although I think they mostly worked as is), but generally speaking, bring it on!

I did enjoy seeing us wear the pink jumpers in Gather Round. I hope that's something the club leans in to, where we really experiment with our uniforms and come up with some weird and wonderful designs.

I saw the uproar around the recent Collingwood vs Carlton game and the tradition argument makes no sense.
The only game where players don't line up across each other like League, that I can think of, would be soccer and they have no problem experimenting with colours and designs. I can't understand why AFL teams are so reluctant.

Do clubs get revenue from jumper sales? If so it'd be a sure fire way to raise money.

I loved the Anzac jersey. It just didn't seem to quite mesh with the shorts.

What if we wore pink vs the Dogs in Darwin for Mothers Day? I get the feeling it's going to be popular with the AFLW side too.

The Indigenous jersey are always good, so that's going to be a highlight vs Hawthorn in Darwin.

From a clash perspective, are we gonna see the gold and blue against the Lions in maroon? St Kilda is another clash, the Demons, Bombers, and Lions at home require one side or the other to wear a different design.

Feels weird that they wouldn't do the Bears kit at Carrara. Maybe they will. Was cool seeing all the different Suns kits at the game yesterday. The crowd was red and gold. I wonder if the Indigenous jumper will be predominantly blue?

I think they'll probably keep wearing it in all QClashes because the opponent is based where the Bears originated. Probably a bit of an f you to us to say they were on the GC first. A bit like how Port Adelaide only wear their prison bar jumper against the Crows because it has historical context within that city/state that relates to the rivalry.

That's fine. We're trying different things with our jumper this year too. What I do know is Brisbane had very little success in that jumper below. They wore it in their first five VFL/AFL seasons while based on the Gold Coast between 1987-1991 and won just 28 of 110 games (25.4%) over that period of time.

And yes, I'm sure they chose to push Will Ashcroft as the player to model it because they know he grew up on the Gold Coast and was in our academy. Another f you to us. Wouldn't be surprised to see them using Zorko as a model for the jumper as well considering he's also a GC junior.

I agree. Of all the cringe Bears jerseys, this design is the best. The colours used to really hurt the eye, but they've chosen shades that you would actually want to wear as a Brizzo. I had this as a t-shirt when I was a kid, but I never liked the Lions jumper even though they won 3 flags in it.
