I've consistently been of the opinion McQualter is in way above his pay grade. While there were promising signs early, they appear to have been a false dawn.

He's 7 games in.
There was a deafening silence from any established coaches wanting to take on this clown car, because they all knew it was a suicide mission turning it around. As it will be for Mini, but at least he's having a crack and finding out which players will actually give half a turd, given the opportunity. I see Mini as a caretaker who cops the heat while turning over the list, just in time to eventually fall on his sword for the next coach to take over a, hopefully, much improved list.
