We really should win this one.

Agree but we need to get him in with the right amount of support. Ideally Hopper McAuliffe and Dow starting centre. Hopper to rotate with Taranto through half forward. McAuliffe to rotate with Lalor and Dow to rotate with Ross. I would also like to see Green and Mansell rotate through the midfield as well for Dow and Ross in the second part of each quarter when the game opens up a bit. And one last thing, play Smith or Banks in defense so that our small forwards don.t spend half their game playing deep inside defensive 50.

Eddie wasnt happy that Sicily tripped Rioli and then got him whilst down but then got a 50 when Tarranto got him.

My hot take is I like when players do what Sicily did with the slight taunt, but there shouldnt be a 50 from the Umpire for the Tarranto action. The umpire should just rule, "If you dish it out, take it,"

I'm pretty sure that's 3 BOGs in 5 VFL matches for Kane. He's currently 3rd in the VFL coaches award, despite missing a game. Think he has come off early as the carry over emergency at least once too. I'm surprised to see he's only played 12 VFL games in his career (9 AFL games and was sub in 3 of them). Feels like he's been around for ages. He's just a baby and still eligible for a rising star nom. If he doesn't play seniors this week I'm gonna belt Morro

Less mature and smaller bodies for us this week with the eagles being on the same development path as us (maybe a year behind us though ).

Despite Lynch missing some sitters last week, he has been building and see this as the game he could kick 5-6. Faulk might also be able to have a decent few as well given the level of defender he will have this week is miles down on last week.

With perfect conditions forecast and the eagles backline woes, this is the perfect opportunity to go 3 talls forward and stretch them.
