Poor last 5 min of decision making, Richmond had 2 up at the contest each time without opponent. How does that work when they’ve got the lead? That’s senior players and coaching. Once again, I can’t stress it enough, Matt Flynn makes me want to pull my ballsack over my face..

We have no idea what to do in a close game, because we so rarely play in games that are still alive at half time. We've lost our memory of being winners. We're a loser club and with a loser mentality.

Or more than 10 minutes to get used to the speed of the game. Terrible tactical awareness from McQualter and leadership from senior players.

Gross got run down but I couldn't give a sh*t. I hope he keeps trying to play like this, he's exactly what we want in the guts (or anywhere for that matter). Of all our recent draftees, this kid was an absolute steal. Keep it up mate!

Graham had the most tackles on the ground and more than twice as many as any other Eagles player, bar Hough.

His disposal might be ugly but he fought hard all day.

McQualter is 100% the type of crab that is going to scapegoat the kid instead of blaming the leaders who gave Gross no support there or himself who subbed him on halfway through a hot quarter instead of earlier when he could have adjusted to the pace of the game.

I haven't seen consistent shepherding at this club since Woosha was coach. Too busy either slowing down to watch the play or running alongside their teammates trying to get the ball back.

Just pathetically weak football to not lay that block.

2 games gone begging because he keeps playing kelly and cole and Duggan and not gross more.

Been one of my pet hates about this Club for many years, Simpson didn't value either shepherding or tackling and its lead to soft c0(k football becoming a team character trait.
