Good work Adel Crow! Looks great, but AFL may still say it clashed too much with Melbourne.

Personally my favourite is Design #3 by Crow28. Keeping it simple avoids a clash. The best thing about our current red strip is it is all red at the back, no hoops or other colours.

My only concern with people posting their designs is that the club's designers won't use them for fear of copyright or 'not being creative'. It would be fantastic for the club to have a 'design your own clash strip' that we could all vote on it at the clubs website and they could gauged the public opinion, a bit similar to what Port did with the Planet Teal Kid's Guernsey promotion.

I personally like Welshy's one best, bit more simple and is a little like the old heritage strip.

Thats a great idea.

Away strip has to be predominately yellow.
The Red Clash Strip clashes with Melbourne and Brisbane.
I'd go the Yellow Heritage guernsey we used a few year's back, one of the best guernseys of seen, even though caused a fuss becuase it was a previous "state" guernsey.

We won't need to wear a clash strip against Brisbane unless they are fed up of wearing their white guernsey against us at the GABBA. And with Melbourne, we'll have more red than them anyway so it would'n't clash that much.

Don't think of it as white not being a club colour so it shouldn't be used. Think of it this way:

A white jumper is a blank canvas, with which you strategically place the club colours onto to represent the club. We aren't talking about an all white jumper. My design is a mostly white jumper, but it has the blue red and yellow bands across the front and back. THAT is what represents the club.

Remember, they have also used a jumper featuring white before, and IMO it wasn't too bad:

Looks brilliant!!!

Does anybody know if AFC is going to change or at least review their away guernsey? Or do they have some sort of contract with Adidas that prohibits them changing it.

Totally off subject, but about change. I really want the club to change its logo. I want the crow to have its wings spread out, like the US does with the bald eagle.

That would look awesome, and not as scary as the one we have at the moment.

okay, okay... calm down a bit.

It was merely another option which I thought was worth exploring. I would much prefer a predominately yellow jumper, even more preferable is to retain some similarity to the traditional hooped jumper rather than go down the overly arty-farty path. That is why I came up with the designs I did.

However, I would prefer a white jumper to a red one, because a red jumper does not serve the purpose for which it is meant, that is resolving a clash.

I agree 100% - white is becoming the flavour of the month - add Carlton to that - I HATE jumpers that are predominantly white - years ago i thought the old South Melbourne jumper was awful and Centrals had a white one that one of my sons wanted and I hated buying it for him - also coz I'm an Eagles supporter!

I congratulate all those showing a flair for jumper design they are very good - and a very enjoyable change from trades/delistings and what went wrong, how will we go etc chat!

Another of Crow28's designs that I don't mind. The yellow is preferable to this but this is still a reasonable design.

These are fantastic, but would be better as training guernseys imo.
