I get really emotional when I see Greg and Erin’s relationship on display. Both legends in every sense of the word. If I can even be a fraction of what Greg has been to Erin to my daughter, then I will have done well.

For every dumb campaigner that has a crack at the AFLW getting funding and coverage, this is what it means. There never has to be a 12yo Erin Phillips giving up her dream again.

Two legends in every sense of the word, and 2 people I am so, so proud to be part of our football club.

Both of them also show that you can be an incredible human being while also being a legendary winner.

I didn’t get to see it on the night, so thanks for posting. I’m a bit of an old softy so I cry at the drop of a hat anyway, but that was just wonderful seeing her share such a special night with her Dad. She spoke so very well too, she’s one very special lady on and off a footy field.
