the most striking aspect of tonights game was how low energy it was - mirrored by a very subdued crowd ..... it was training drill stuff from about half way through the 3rd (and largely bruise free before that)

and on the back of comments from others - well done roan, you may well have a long afl career ahead of you

Great win, especially given the players watching on from the stands. Especially pleasing was the form of the fringe players. Sullivan his most complete game at the Pies. Steele looked like a veteran. Parker shone when introduced.

Hate to be a selector who has to filter those absent back into the 23. Some very tough decisions to be made.

well, that was extremely satisfying. we put the que in the rack a fair way out, and they still struggled to score.
just a great performance across the board really.
thought we left couple out there in the second, but wow, that 3rd quarter was awesome.
great debut by Steele and what a return by Titch. we have serious depth.

In a defensive set up which has over the last 5 weeks never conceded more that 74 points in an entire game, are you really going to suggest that IQ is a weak element.
