Its a ridiculous rule, the 50 that Read got yesterday is a perfect example of exactly why its stupid.Interesting. Don't think I've ever seen you post with such hyperbole before. Certainly seems to be a divisive rule.
And yes, perhaps if players can't follow simple rules like a primary school kid, maybe we should make them sit down and cross their legs like children.
I normally hate when the AFL make rules, because they're usually vague and rely on interpretation. The stand rule at least is as simple as it gets. Stand there. Right there. And don't move. And if you don't, you get penalised. Easy.
