Booing is fun. It's theatre. People enjoy a villain, they enjoy being involved in the game. I don't think anybody thinks much about Mac Andrew other than he's a talented and brash young player. Didn't seem to bother him, either.

It's a far cry from the Adam Goodes scenario which had some very clear ugly undertones.

Both King brothers haven't lived up to expectations

Max can't kick accurately always injured and Whilst Ben is accurate he can't find the ball unless it's a shot on goal. Has to have the ball delivered to him, can't find it on his own.

Rankine 8% is surely his lowest for the year?

They've slowly been cutting back his mid-time since the bye round. We gave time to Jones, Pedlar and Taylor, which you can do when you're 50 points up, so I'm guessing they still see the need for a bit more mid depth, but want to keep Izak forward of the ball a bit more.

We basically flipped Rankine's mid minutes and gave them to Jones yesterday.

The thing was, Read hadn't even got back behind the mark

He was in front of where he actually took the mark. No way he gets any protection in that situation. If he chooses to play on he's fair game surely

I'm getting 2016 vibes. Start the year off thinking, alright, we're a decent team, might make finals. 6-4 record after ten rounds, not bad. Then we come home with a wet sail (went 10-3 after round 10 in 2016, currently 7-1 after round 10 this year) and you start to think, hang on, are we actual premiership contenders here?

I still think it's one year too early for us to get too excited... but then you see Collingwood starting to fall away and wonder, are the stars aligning?

Hopefully it ends differently. Imagine if we win all of our games up until round 24 and lose to ****ing North to lose a top 2 spot. Similar to 2001 where we lost to Freo who had lost one game all year up until that point and cost ourselves a home final. We were in ripping form leading into that too.

I probably shouldn't even joke about that.
