I have inherited property wealth too.

I'm very grateful my grandmother who lived in a tenement in Glasgow worked very hard to buy that house that was given to me. Much rather have the living grandmother, but I acknowledge my fortunateness.

I also spent almost my entire childhood in rental accommodation and had the place sold from under us three times, but as we've found out in the last two weeks, once one owns property a previous history renting can no longer be true any more.

Nobody said that, you just want victim status for yourself and Amelia Hamer.

The "international property mogul" yarn was a bit of a beat up. The trust story was not.
Whatever the case, she was disingenuous and young people who are actually struggling don't take well to that. Admittedly they do not tend to live and vote in Kooyong.

Seems ambulance vic dept organized a secret funeral with 40 attendees during covid .
For the interstate posters and Russian bots , funerals in Victoria were restricted to 10 attendees during covid

This isn't great. I was working for a state MP at the time of the first few lockdowns and in one country town they had had a couple of young blokes do the wrong thing, get in their cars and run off the road and kill themselves. The locals tried to organise a procession of people 1.5 metres apart as the hearses drove past, but of course in a small town the coppers got wind of it and had to enforce the law, which was that it was a criminal offence to organise this sort of civil disobedience as it contravened lockdown rules.

So this sort of news would stick in the craw of people from that town, and any other place that had a similar situation. Is it any wonder any future lockdowns would not be met with the required compliance? This sort of thing erodes trust, much like Bojo's parties did in the UK.

Slater and Gordon settled the law case with the cyclist before the trial began . saves a few blushes if certain evidence was put forward in court ?

Apparently Slater and Gordon are the usual lawyers the ALP use to represent them.. The group should not had represented the cyclist because of conflict of interests.

Will be interesting to see if the defamation case is settled on the quiet

Perhaps you could have written a briefing for him so his performance could have been pleasing to you?
