I don't expect the sogs to make the finals though they will probably finish with a record and percentage that would get them close to or top 4 most years... it's an anomaly year.. no loss over 22 points and just 2 of those under 2 goal losses and would be in the top 4 and 3 would be on top of the ladder.

It isn’t just that Port are regularly losing badly and it isn’t just that he is being asked to do too much, he wants success and Port aren’t chasing a flag.

Port’s priority is to avoid bottomming out and he would be wasting his time being part of that too much longer.

Dogs may need a replacement for Adz, who has had a bad run with injury this year. Libba is also starting to slow down, Bont is in his 11th season now. Butters would be an ideal fit for the mid to run with Richards

Of course everyone would love Butters running around in their jumper, but would you support your club in paying the cost this year without addressing the need for a defender? My feeling is that the Dogs with a KPD like Weitering would be a serious chance at a threepeat.

I think the feeling is that JUH currently has about as much value as a delisted free agent, and that any attempt to include his name in trades for top 10 players like Nas and Butters is just silly. If he gets back this season and plays well in finals, that could change.

Probably less value than a DFA at the moment to be honest.
