I'm not comparing Robinson to Cripps, I'm just saying that first may be movable for points GC styleRobinson doesn't have the burst Cripps has.
Yeah wouldn't get it done unfortunately1 pick in the teens would be my best offer
Nah don't like putting all the eggs in one basket. To try and win a premiership
Next years first is likely eaten up by Robinson too
Blues wouldn't let him go for chips (Blues won't let him go anyway tho lol, this is just spitballing)
Fair enough, 2 years ago I wouldn't do it but the next 3 years is go time for the club so I'd do it nowNah don't like putting all the eggs in one basket.
And with the way WA is going there's no guarantee Robinson is anywhere near the first round next year.

We can't pay 2 first rounders for a guy who will probably go well for 1-2 years then his body will just say no. Let west coast do itYeah wouldn't get it done unfortunately
I think the list is in a position that we actually can do thisWe can't pay 2 first rounders for a guy who will probably go well for 1-2 years then his body will just say no. Let west coast do it

TBH I think the actual issue is that the 2 firsts won't even satisfy Carlton lol
100%For sure. The lack of conditioning in the leg and muscle mass loss will definitely have given him a higher chance to suffer hamstring damage. They are adjacent limbs (lower leg --> upper leg) they work hand in hand.
I work with someone from the same farming region. I also donned the boots for their team in Supers/masters country carnival. There were a couple more Cripps running around in the team and they all go alright. I can find out the specific relation but they are definitely related.TIL. You know all this time and I never once even questioned if they were related and just assumed they had the same surname.
Cripps wants a flag. If he wants out, you’d think we’d be his choice.
But who knows
31 at the start of next year.Carlton have to be selling him, not Fremantle poaching him. He would objectively make us better for a couple of years. We do need a midfielder. Cripps might just be seeing if he can get his hands on that Harley Reid $2m a year deal for a few years if Harley doesn't end up extending - Reid being traded this season would give them all they need to buy Cripps.
Probably next year, maybe the year after at best.31 at the start of next year.
How many good years of footy does he have left in him?
Let's be fair Fyfe used to get a fair amount of latitude at his peak with htb calls. Will Cripps be as good without the Blues favourable umpiring? He'd set the record for being caught HTB and throws in a season.
