By any chance does anyone have 2 membership barcodes that they're not using this weekend? My son and I both have Access Home game memberships, but the wife and daughter only got 3 gamers cos they don't go often... both wanting to see Macca off and they've used their 3 game allocations already. $65 to reserve a seat with my son and I only having to pay $15 to upgrade our GA memberships to Reserved seats for the game.
Long shot I know, but thought I'd ask before paying out an extra $100 if I don't have to
Do you still need them Pete? I might be able to help.

Remember when we played them in 1994, knighter wore 29 instead of 33? Anyone remember why?
  • My only inkling it could have been blood on his jumper, and they didn't have a reserve 33? As the article says, he never wore another number.
  • Player: Matthew Knights
  • Club: Richmond Football Club
  • Usual Number: 33
  • Number 29: There is no record of him wearing number 29 for Richmond.
Further inspection lol
1994 1994 Matthew Knights Rd 24 1 game Knights wore 3 guernseys this day. No. 33, No. 29, No. 54
No reason given, so the change was probably made, as I said, as he started in his proper number.

I saw that footage on Insta (probably the same reel as you saw) and couldn't believe he was even in 29. I thought it was Bower!

I reckon 29 was free that year, in between Todd Menegola ('93) and Jason Torney ('95).

Our very own Michaels ran the whole presser! Amazing stuff

It was an unbelievable experience, so thankful to be given such an opportunity.

The club were fantastic, and it was a pleasure to have the whole presser to myself!

Which I was not expecting on the train in 😂

That was great stuff Michaels. How did it end up being a one on one? You asked great questions. Can you do it every week please?

Well done 👏

Oh it was just you?

Here's me thinking you're just a total badass and wouldn't let any of the journos get a word in 😂

No other journos turned up so it just turned into a 1 on 1 presser.

Couldn’t believe it!!

No one else showed up from the media, crazy stuff.

I’m over the moon!

Awesome stuff Michaels, great questions and follow ups!

You should change your username to Michaels_Maguire - better questioning that I've ever heard from Xander
