By the time of Williams disappearance, the Family were nothing.

Thank you for mentioning me here. The Steve Williams case is a tough one. There are so many theories surrounding it, but one that can definitely be ruled out is that 'the family' were responsible.

Trevor Peters is my fatrhers first cousin, grew up in the South East before moving to Adelaide. He was also an extremley talented artist so would be interesting to see if there are sketches of any of the mentioned people. I will contact some of his family and see whats happening with the diary or if they have copies

Why do you have doubts?

There's kids stolen by the family placed in foster care, those fostering those children had protection/ links from OMCGs, generally Freemasons ( Foster carer) Many hookers former foster kids, OMCGs ran hookers. Many victims of the family ended up drug addict's, OMCGs ran drugs. Family needed hired thugs from time to time, OMCGs were the best at providing this service. Family may not of been involved in Williams disappearance but Williams was definately involved with the family. Wiliams was a business man, his business overlapped with there's in many ways.

It has nothing to do with The Family and is entirely related to drugs.

I also seriously doubt that James Crocker or Daniel Sheppard are linked to The Family either due to when both disappearances took place and I don't believe the police have ever suggested any linkage.

It appears that Port Adelaide was a hot spot.

Because BVE had been in prison for at least a decade at that point and there's seemingly no evidence they were responsible for any murders after his arrest. I don't doubt that they were likely involved in more murders than the five widely attributed to them, the police have even said as much, but I am dubious any of these came after BVE's arrest.

Also, we have a good idea of who was actually involved in The Family - it has been discussed in GREAT length on this thread, I don't believe that includes any former Attorney General.

It just sounded like this crazy admission that hasn't been followed up on - or has it? Do we know anything about this pool and the house and who was this QC? I do not believe there is any mystery regarding AB's clothes. He was wearing his own gear (or that of persons known to him).

it is an interesting question as per my previous post - Mannock talks about Barnes autopsy and that he was at a swimming pool owned by a prominent QC. WTF was this? Do we know - bc there is no QC mentioned anywhere Ive ever read - unless he means Liddy who wasn't a QC? Mannock comes across as a seriously peverted human - where his sexcual proclivities seem to intersect with his work - which is very concerning....

I would love to hear the actual audio recording that Debi narrates in her book. So much goes into the way someone conveys what they are actually saying to another person like tone, word delivery, articulation and emphasis etc.. would like to hear his voice so to get a better understanding on some on some of the details he describes. Although she tries to recreate the convo in the audiobook I think the real audio would be a little different.

Any evidence of OMCG involvement? And why did the family need hired thugs? I'm curious. I have never seen any evidence of OMCGs being involved in any way. If anything the opposite.
