Kos back for the Giants. No Young for Port. Carlton giving Torpey a debut, which would impact Harrington, if anyone was thinking of that move. Poustie out for the Dogs, although I doubt anyone was holding her after last week. Wales back for the Bombers. Hurley out for the Swans.
Heath named on field is the big one for me. No forced trades!

Issy named forward again too after playing there post Eva going down, which is amazing for me in particular as a fan but completely irrelevent for Fantasy. Also completely irrelevent to Fantasy but there's been some big axings.

Kos back is weirdly good for me, there isn't a standout rookie FWD to replace her with this week and she can't really lose cash so it's a hold. But now I'm completely overwhelmed with choice. Centra -> Grieves seems like a no brainer.

GPres/Turbo -> Sheerin or Ott/A.Clarke -> anyone really seem the plays available. Downside is there's no-one I'm dying for up forward or back, and both GPres/Turbo will respond bigtime and should put up decent scores.

Probably more important this week is to nail the captaincy. No red dot, so Noffy vs. Riddell. Noffy has gone 134, 135, 99 in the last 3 against Bris, Riddell ain't played Collingwood since S7.

Heath is pretty big news in general. It skipped my brain to even check.

I think Georgie and Turbo will be fine. Both of them had down days on the tackle front and it's really hard to put up the 100+ scores that we want from our mids without tackles. I'm not really worried about Ott either. The role was still pretty good last week, it's just TOG the was an issue - and she's still outscoring her price. Clarke is more of a concern. Role was still good last week but TOG was awful, particularly in the last.

I'm just going with Riddell as C. I'm pretty happy to ignore past results (to an extent) since this season has played out really differently so far. If it doesn't work out, so be it.

Jaidens break evens are updated btw!

Absolutely huge. A massive thanks goes out as well to the people that have put effort into giving us BEs over the past couple of weeks.

Seeing the relative BEs of Kearney and Georgostathis, plus Berry's return, I'm going to go Kearney and look at Lizzie G as a possibility in the coming weeks if she keeps the mid role. It also locks in my decision to leave my forwards for the week and focus on the defence. Still leaning Sheerin over Grieves.

Think im going with these trades, leaves me with 290k in the bank to upgrade next week.

Can't see any better cheap options than Rigoni in the back line unless anyone can name someone? Teams looking decent though, 30 green dots.

Had a brief look at Kimber, but she's 100k more and honestly don't know what position she plays down back. Had a low score in round 1 and very good score in round 2 before injury. Named on field and a low BE.

Yeah had a look but for 100k more im not sure i want to take the risk considering she scored 28 round 1, not many options down back though thats for sure, i mean i could hold Ott but i couldn't say what id do my for my 3rd trade if i did that.

tbh, it's worth taking risks with these rookies. They seem to rise enough in 2-3 weeks and there always seems to be new players getting named every week.

Pretty settled on:

A Clarke -> Bogue
Rentsch -> Rigoni/Kimber
Fish/Howley -> Sheerin

Bogue is a 1 week cashgen play, could go huge against Pies, and probably becomes Bonnie next week.
Rentsch -> whoever is just pure bench cash
It's way too early to sell Fish, but I can see Howley having a ripper against GC, whereas Freo should, in theory, put up a fight and have the bodies to do more. Kinda torn on it, complete 50:50. Either way, it'll be Sheerin on field

Really trying to plan a few weeks ahead, this set would allow Bonnie, whichever mid premo or defensive premo I like and a low BE utility next week, and two premo trade ins the week after, barring forced trades of course.

Have ended up finally deciding on

Watson out for Boyd (JS seems secure and keeps the cash gen going along with scoring, had Pease in initially)
McGrath out for Scholz (had Harrington in initally, but Matilda's run coming up is too juicy to miss out on, McGrath/Lakay, Pearce, Dunlop then Ott)
Renstch for Rigoni

Key defender. From what I've seen, Grant has been taking the most dangerous tall and Kimber was taking the next best tall the first couple of weeks (plus preseason). They were basically a wall against Richmond (Grant had 11 intercepts; Kimber had 10), but key defenders can be pretty swingy. Could just be a spike game.

I don't think the risk is very high at D6, since her BE is basically the same as Rigoni's, but there is some risk of getting that extra cash stuck if you have a bunch of more pressing changes next week. I know I could have used 5 trades this week if I had them and it's looking similar next week anticipating moves for both Toogood and Young.

According to Jaiden's site, Fish only gains $82K if she puts up 100 this week. I don't think she has much to gain unless she starts getting CBAs. I'd have considered moving her this week if I didn't have more urgent needs (Garner; defence).

I'm really hoping Bogue puts up a big enough score to force me to keep her for at least another week. She's an absolute gun. I also think North are going to roll Brisbane. The Lions haven't looked like the team they were and North look like the best team we've ever seen. Bogue has a shot to win the goalkicking and could even be AA in her first year. I wish she'd get a tackle, though.

It's just the safety in numbers that scares me, but if she's not on field anyway, it doesn't matter. And if ever Howley is gunna spike, it's against GC.

If Bogue is half as good as she's been this week, I'm gunna have a hard time bringing Bonnie back in on field. The Barnett/Stone/Ham trio have been a serious blessing on my most hated line.

Last minute deciding.

Bowers to Gardiner or Barnett to Molloy?
I'd go the second solely on the fact Turbo is going to be pissed. 3 L's on the trot, up against a rampaging Sydney, she should tackle anything that moves.

I think keeping Bowers and going Molloy nets me more points this week but the other trade nets me more cash gen, makes it hard.

On the flipside, if Howley doesn't spike, she probably has to go next week. She has been building. 12, 14 then 16 disposals. Of course she waits until I trade her out to put up a 6 mark game.

Between Bogue, Clarke, Hampson and my U spot, I should have somebody who goes for Toogood. Some of you have stacked forward lines and Bonnie only has one good half of footy so far this year. I don't think it's crazy to pass on her. I'm still watching AOL (I really wish I could have brought her in this week) and, ideally, I want to get Molloy ASAP. The dream is Stone to Molloy when Fleming comes back, but that seems unlikely given how expensive Molloy is with Garner also hopefully back soon.

For me it's Poustie -> Grieves (handy Poustie being dropped made that decision easy)
Garner -> Gardiner
Watson -> Boyd

Hard to choose the Garner replacement (can't afford Riddell) but Gardiner seems to have a good run coming up.
Watson to Boyd feels a bit risky with a two game sample. Not that it's a bad trade but do I have bigger problems yknow. But at worst I think they perform similarly and it's 110k in the bank.

Shame there's such an overlap with the game start times. Could've used Rowbottom as a sneaky loop with Grieves before deciding to trade or not.

Anyone willing to deflate the tyres on the GC or GWS team bus so the start can be delayed? 😁

Hey gang! Need some help deciding between the following options -

A: Boyd/Roberts/Young in for Rentcsh/Prespakis/H.Mclaughlin
or
B: Heath/Roberts/Young in for Rentsch/Fish/H.Mclaughlin

Basically its Fish or Prespakis out, for the benefit of grabbing Heath instead of Boyd. Thinking it could be a good play to jump out of Fish, but the schedule does like nice for the Swans.

With Young not being named, are you really needing that ($300k) trade in to make the others work?

Heath had 39pts in something like 17mins of game time before going off with the elevated heat rate. Could be a very good buy before her price skyrockets. Likely a top 5 defender.
Also has the pre season 89 vs Adelaide to add to her appeal.

I'd go B, solely on the fact that Fish is very close to being tapped out and Prespakis should respond after a weird game for her.

But I'm very wary of Roberts. She doesn't hit 100 if she doesn't kick goals, so you have to be ok with 70s and 80s, especially in this relatively tougher period of her draw.

Yeah I do need the Young trade in to make it work. Risky, but thought it could be good to get ahead of the pack bringing her in (especially without any forced trades this week + get to do a captain loop). Have Centra and Howley on bench, who I want to let build a bit more as well.

Ah I've just realised I cooked my original message. It's actually -

A: Heath/Roberts/Young in for Rentcsh/Prespakis/H.Mclaughlin
or
B: Boyd/Roberts/Young in for Rentsch/Fish/H.Mclaughlin

Love the upcoming schedule for West Coast, and just really enjoy watching her, so am willing to ride that rollercoaster.
