I was coming to ask if he got injured as I noticed he was low on the stats sheet - all week this has been the media around him but seems he didn't fire a shot tonight

we're Cats supporters, dealing with stress and even disappointment is in our DNA (especially if we were fans in the 80's and 90's) - losing would be a Little Death no doubt. But no worse than losing in 2020, or 2013, or 2008, or 1992.

Those losses have made the Premiership all that more sweeter.

I think we should beat Hawthorn, but they want a flag just as much as we do.

hate to acknowledge it, but Newcombe is very much in the mould of his coach Sam Mitchell; slippery and tough little mid with very effective disposal.

Adelaide didn't even win one single quarter of footy in those two finals games. To go out in straight sets as minor premier not winning a single quarter of football is quite a feat.

Rankine missing round 1 next year is a nice little bonus too.
