So that claim that McCluggage was carrying an injury and that's why Mullin shut him down and like a bit of bulls*** now

Last decade of crows finals:Clearly it was the absence of the power stance before the bounce.

Can also look at it from the other way, they went interstate and had a hard game against Brisbane, then the pre-finals bye, then traveled for a difficult match against GWS that they scraped by because GWS ran out of legs, then traveled off a 6 day break to play Adelaide where a few players looked a bit sore late, and then flew out of Adelaide Saturday and have a rested Geelong team on Friday.Strong possibility- Hawks have fitness, form, momentum, HGA.
Not sure how to escape that game next week.
Just can not face it.
But lifev will go on, no matter what.
When was the last time we beat the turds/wees in a prelim?
It was an embarrassment from the get go the way they prepared. It's the classic "they played their GF last week" scenario.
Watching the post-game scenes last week and seeing how jubilant the Suns players were in the dressing room, got a sense then that they might have emptied the tank then.
His past his use by date imo.Pretty much everyone could see this result coming but i am amazed at how poorly the Suns were coached tonight.
At the game you could see it from a mile away Hardwick had no ideas or answers.
He doesn't have a Dusty anymore which doesn't helpHis past his use by date imo.
Had his one idea, now he is expired goods, but happens to have a very talented list
After consideration, I think we'll try and go. If we win, will be history in my lifetime; if we lose, season over anyway. Being there seems more manageable than the idiot box.Can also look at it from the other way, they went interstate and had a hard game against Brisbane, then the pre-finals bye, then traveled for a difficult match against GWS that they scraped by because GWS ran out of legs, then traveled off a 6 day break to play Adelaide where a few players looked a bit sore late, and then flew out of Adelaide Saturday and have a rested Geelong team on Friday.
Hawks start games strong, but if they don't race out to a 3 or 4 goal lead in the 1st quarter I expect they will run out of legs and we will beat them.
Hell even IF they race to a 3 goal lead as we saw from a poor Adelaide team they reeled them back in.
Yeah for me that 7 goal run against from gws was something better teams could repeatCan also look at it from the other way, they went interstate and had a hard game against Brisbane, then the pre-finals bye, then traveled for a difficult match against GWS that they scraped by because GWS ran out of legs, then traveled off a 6 day break to play Adelaide where a few players looked a bit sore late, and then flew out of Adelaide Saturday and have a rested Geelong team on Friday.

We have only played 1 PF against Hawthorn, where we had to do it the hard way and they only just got the win after Varcoe missed a late shot at goal. After consideration, I think we'll try and go. If we win, will be history in my lifetime; if we lose, season over anyway. Being there seems more manageable than the idiot box.
Kelly came on and they had absolutely nothing for him, instant impact, scored goals, got their running game going while at the same time the Hawks hit the wall bad and were desperate for 3/4 time. GWS let the Hawks get a couple of easy goals in that 3rd though, especially Ginnivan kicking 2 goals after Cadmans awful kick at goal was a behind.Yeah for me that 7 goal run against from gws was something better teams could repeat
He has way better midfielders though but King is extremely limited as a KPF especially in the role that Dimma wants his tall forwards to play.He doesn't have a Dusty anymore which doesn't help
A lot of his Rich gameplan revolved around Dusty
You're a fantastic guy, I've met you and respect you, but you're the ultimate pessimist. It's just you.Strong possibility- Hawks have fitness, form, momentum, HGA.

I'll take a limited player that can kick 71 goals in a year any dayHe has way better midfielders though but King is extremely limited as a KPF especially in the role that Dimma wants his tall forwards to play.
Lynch is a grub, but he was also good with the ball below the knees.
If King doesn't lead up and mark it, he struggles to kick goals.
Love to know the story behind that ridiculous idea, who was responsible etc. They will never live that one downClearly it was the absence of the power stance before the bounce.
Bonus is, you’re never disappointedYou're a fantastic guy, I've met you and respect you, but you're the ultimate pessimist. It's just you.
Positively gets you a long way in life, more so than the alternative. You might lose some along the way but if you refuse to believe life won't get you far.
"Power stance" - Is it just me or did it have the hallmark of elite trolling by a Port Adelaide supporting infiltrator?Love to know the story behind that ridiculous idea, who was responsible etc. They will never live that one down
A crow stance would have been interesting.."Power stance" - Is it just me or did it have the hallmark of elite trolling by a Port Adelaide supporting infiltrator?
It's ok- just my initial reaction to having to face the Hawks. You're a fantastic guy, I've met you and respect you, but you're the ultimate pessimist. It's just you.

I hope you're able to get tickets. Being at the ground - when you can share it with other fans - I find that makes the wins that much more enjoyable, and the losses that much more bearable. I do miss that side of things, not being able to go to many games these days. It's ok- just my initial reaction to having to face the Hawks.
As said elsewhere, I'll escape by actually being there, if we get tickets tomorrow morning.
Still not hugely confident, but what will be, will be.
We have had lots of misery in finals because of Hawthorn, so maybe payback this Friday.
Love to know the story behind that ridiculous idea, who was responsible etc. They will never live that one down
There's no rule saying we can't mock them anywayDon't mock it they accounted for us easily
