When you say sell out, do you mean all silver members snap up all the tickets?

I'm a bronze AFL member with Hawthorn club support. I'm guessing my odds of getting a ticket is close to zero?

You should be able to use your afl barcode in the club member sale. You will just have to pay club member prices.

The Golden Glenferrie There seems to be a bit of difference between the Finals hubs for the prelims, which is incredibly frustrating.

The Hawks Finals hub suggests that all AFL Club of Support can buy via club allocation at club member prices. The FAQ didn't differentiate between Gold / Silver / Bronze. And that said, I got a ticket to week 1 in Sydney via Club allocation.

The AFL Members Finals hub suggests that only AFL Member gold can buy via the club allocation subject to availability, in that it specifically calls out Gold can do this, but makes no mention of whether AFL Membership Silver can or not.

AFL Membership Gold can buy anywhere within the allocation, AFL Membership Silver is Level 4, restricted, or standing room only. No access for AFL Membership Bronze, and no guest passes.

Hope this helps - I'm still in the dark on whether I (AFL Member silver) can/should buy with my club member mate or go it alone...

Having just posted this, an update on the AFL Members Finals Hub:

Gold & Silver Members with competing club support can also access the club member on-sale if they wish, subject to availability. Please note that tickets within the club member allocation are at club pricing. Please refer to the on-sale information from your club. Members cannot purchase tickets in both the AFL Reserve and Club member on-sale.

Hi All. Just seeing if anyone has a single spare AFL membership Silver or Gold barcode that they aren't using for the Geel / Hawks prelim? Need one for the daughter as they aren't allowing guest passes

seperate on sale times? wait are they allowed sensible decisions? didn’t realise that was something the afl were capable of

Cats v hawks 12pm Monday
Pies v lions 12pm tuesday
No bronze access or guest passes..
Finally they’ve listened

Splitting the on sale dates might be the smartest thing I’ve seen for AFL Membership in years.

Won't it just make it easier for neutral gold members to potentially get tickets to two games, and some club support members miss out?

There will be plenty of neutral gold members at both games regardless.

What it means tomorrow is that Ticketek won’t be clogged by tens of thousands Pies/Lions AFL members trying to buy for their match at the same time as my team’s.
