Love Butters but not if we need to sell the farm to get him.Get him in asap.
Waiting a year means we waste one more Bont prime year.

Now it’s no one gets paid more that Jezza, Smith, Danger, Holmes, StewartThey have a rule that no one gets paid more than Selwood. Now that Selwood is off the payroll they are all pro bono employees.

Don’t want JUH on $900 and not playing, Wilkie seems good value to me.if we pay Wilkie 1.2mill surely we aint got room for butters as well.
I don't want Wilkie at that money don't think he will help to much with our structure. give me butts and butters

How would everyone think our cap is looking i will have a rough guess at our 10 highest paid players curious to see what people think.Given what we have already taken off our cap with Macrae and Daniel, we have plenty of cap space, particularly if JUH is not on our books
That's a Geelong thingLove Butters but not if we need to sell the farm to get him.
Don’t reckon Libba is on 700. I’m sure he would be a taking the Geelong route of no one getting over 150k bar Bont kinda guy. One year deals at 450-500k is still pretty good money for an old blokeHow would everyone think our cap is looking i will have a rough guess at our 10 highest paid players curious to see what people think.
Bont 1.4
Richards 1
Naughton & English 900
JUH & Darcy 850
Dale 800
i would think they are our clear top 7 obviously Marra will be off that. Our next 3 i would guess quite tough
Weightman & Libba 700
Maybe Lobb 650
They don’t sell it, they just give itThat's a Geelong thing
Im still worried about our small forward position... I know we want to improve our defence but we are certainly lacking up forward in the small man division. Based on statistics on the afl website we certainly struggle in this area!
VDM and McNeill are only getting games as we have no other option. How VDM got a 3 year contract based of his stats for this year is surprising, the guy rates below average in kicks, TACKLES, and goals and rates only average in the 3 other indicators.
I'm not sure of McNeills contract status but likewise he rates BELOW average in 4 indicators and his best rating is only average! He has started sub in more games than VDM so I guess its hard to compare as VDM has had the opportunity to play more minutes
I know we are putting faith in Arty jones, but in the 4 games he played this year he is rated below average in each indicator. Though, I'm guessing he started sub in most of these games.
Are we convinced Weightman can come back fitter and better?
Great news. Welcome back to the kennel Jordan BoydGut feeling says we get Jordan B.
My feeling is that we have astronomical cap room, possibly enough to bring in 2 1 million dollar players.
This is obviously only the case if we can move on the $900k Jamarra is owed next year.
Bont, Darcy, Richards, Naughton & English would be the only guys on $800k+ next season I’d say. Dale might be on $700k or so.
I actually can’t see anyone else commanding more than $600k on our list unless we’re giving someone like Libba extra cash while we have room to do so.
Smiley Boy feeding the chooksKeep hearing Butters this year could still be on
10 for Flanders seems relatively even ground if the Blues are keen on him. It’ll be more like 13-15 after the bids and compo picks.Blues Pick 10 up for grabs
Don't see Dogs having the balls to try and get it sadly
We will need points for next year which they are seemingly getting stricter on instead of getting rid ofBlues Pick 10 up for grabs

Why sell the farm. We need to learn from Geelong and gift him the farm!!!!Love Butters but not if we need to sell the farm to get him.
I think the fact both the Blues and Dockers are shopping their 1st rounders tells us plenty about how teams view this draft.Blues Pick 10 up for grabs
