I don't know why people get so wound up against the Brownlow votes. The fact that it's more unpredictable than the other awards is what makes it special. Maybe it shouldn't revered as the most prestigious but it would be awful if it's changed or the umpires can start looking at the stats. Keep it pure.

Yeah clearances and contested possies in the midfield is all that matters.

We should seriously consider 3 separate categories and awards for midfield, forward and defence imo.

I don’t mind it to be honest. You win games on the inside.

Priddis is still a head scratcher even with that knowledge though.
