Huge differance in output this week. Danger was always going to struggle to back it up this week and Cameron injured in game.

Cats will look to add Marshall as Stanley is putrid. Curnow as well as Neale is a spud and Jezza is 43! Also, need Butters... As I posted a few days ago, can't believe they get so far into finals in the last two years!!! Team is made up of rookies , low draft talent with 40!year Olds doing their bit. Smith and Holmes are the only younger talents they have of any note.

definately not a Lions fan... I remember them belting us in thr 90s... but the Cats i have passionately hated ever since the 1989 granny..... I was there.... i could not believe the violence perpetrated on us.... never so happy when the siren blew in a Hawks win by one point.

I haven't read the entire thread, but were people a little like me today? Watching Geelong slip behind in the final 5 minutes of the 3rd quarter brought back memories of the 2008 GF

They obviously buried them more then we did but the Geelong team we beat was far more elite then today's team

Yeah I went today and was cheering them on as much as I would have the hawks, but it’s scary to think they had 8 players 22 or younger, a dual norm smith medallist who’s 21 and a heap of young talent to come.

Yep , he is 35 . No way he was backing up last week. Its probably 1 in 4 for him.
We also dont have a decent matchup for him currently - Lions bigger stronger bodies were able to negate him .

Should have flashed to Holmes after Lohmanns goal celebration in the last seeing as he likes to lecture other clubs how to go about it.
