Some brief notes from the interview

- Positive initial talks on Budarick - Jamarra hasn’t put in a trade request.

- Our picks could be used in a trade if there is a mutually beneficial deal.

- Sanders is rated really highly and is much loved

- We shut down the Crows interest pretty quickly

- Didn’t really comment on his extension but said we are focused on keeping him long term

- Initial talks with Carlton on Buku but we value his services and he’s contracted, so the pick/offer has to reflect that.

- Key back is an area we want high end talent but we haven’t be chasing everyone. Reagan again talks about JoD and Buss having upside.

- Noted we had a VFL team of the year defender on the list

- Midfield is still a position we are looking for but might not be for this trade period

- For now it seems like it’s Buku, Budarick and the draft

- We’re not pursuing Aleer

- Butters is a contracted player and we’ve admired him for a long time. We’d be there if something happened short term but time to let that go.

- Some talk about Will Darcy saying he has a lot of developing to do but has good attributes.

last year it was obvious we had holes in our team that needed fixing we didnt do anything and didnt make finals this year its more obvious we got holes and we arnt doing anything

The thought of having JOD as our number 1 defender is disturbing. He could be a really good 3rd defender who can intercept, but his one on one contest results are horrible.

If he aren’t bringing anyone else in we can’t let Buku go. He’s not the answer but we’ll be shuffling the decks quite a bit.

Not sure there is value in Aleer if it’s a F2 and F3.

He was very impressive wasn’t he.
He didnt mess around.

Absolutely agree about Buku’s stance.

Like that he elaborated on our love for Ryley and stressed that he is 19, implying a bit of patience is required from his camp.

He also stated that we would like to keep our futures in tact.

Steven May failed a medical at Collingwood.

JSOS was already being offered a contract over and above what he is worth, and he is more of what we have already.

A first for Butts I'd do, for sure, but let's not pretend like he's a saviour and we don't know what Adelaide actually wants or whether Butts actually wants to leave.

So not doing anything really, unless there’s a huge change in coaching tactics we aren’t gonna be much different, Buss is just far to slow and not good one on one so if he what we are hoping for to take the number role I’d be worried, he’s another intercepter O’Donnell another intercepter horrible one on one, and Lobb is 34 and another interceptor, should of kept jones for another year for some sort of depth, even go for May for a year for atleast back up would suffice.
I dunno I really hope the coaching staff have got some big changes coming.
