Adelaide have the right/obligation to do what is best for their team, Dom has an obligation to do the same for us.

Given the offer was a pick around 37 next year plus a pick around 55 I think there was little to gain from accepting it and perhaps a little benefit to other trade negotiations in future given we have a lot of players we want to retain.

I really dont think a F2 and F3 is that far off his value as a 28 year old handy role player, I find that weird.

It's certainly interesting for Ambrogio moving forward. Decided sending a message it's on their terms or get him the hard the way is a message worth sending.

People are getting to held up on the first or f1 narrative. That would have been our extreme starter position. We were after a slide valuing him at 25.

It doesn’t make sense to accept an offer which contained no value for us.

Rubbish. Listen to Ambrogios presser after time ran out. We offered multiple different possibilities with pick swaps/slides, different years etc but crows weren’t interested. No surprise it ended up here
