I'm torn between the eye fillet and scotch fillet.

The eye has the texture, not so much the taste. I think that is why I like my lamb, mint and rosemary sasuage as a side.

The scotch has the taste, but not that melt on your mouth texture.

**** it. It is Christmas, I am having both. Plus my lamb, mint and rosemary sausage.

Who's bringing salad? If it isn't coleslaw or a potato salad please kindly ask them to go away.
