I'm not sure the "Must use a pick within 18 picks of the bid" rule works for AFLW.

Could have academy F/D picks at 1-5 and only need 19-23 which would be crazy easy to trade for in comparison to the benefit you get. Especially with how loose AFLW clubs are with throwing around picks.
