Completely fair, but England will play for the draw if they can. They're all about savouring the small victories and that would be huge for them to bat out the test.

Let me quote Ben Duckett "I am more comfortable in my reverse sweep, then I am in my forward defense". If this team tries to play for the draw, they'll be rolled in two hours.

There are a couple that can hold on for a while, but stonewalling provides a different set of pressure than playing attacking cricket. England is a team that has to risk dying by the sword to have a chance to salvage something from this test. Doable, they're having a good morning.

To be fair, stokes had to do a lot of lifting. He has essentially been the only reliable English player this series. He was probably drained from the batting in the first innings.
He pulled a heartstring. Most common English injury ever.

England and every single other country that has rolling around on the ground like a Parkinson's victim on fire as their national sport pretend they are injured. Australians pretend they aren't.

i want Webster and Green in the side. Having Ussie open with Head would allow us that luxury.
I'd be open to that (assuming its a dead rubber last 2)- but last last lucky last chance for Green in that scenario

Would be spoilt for choice in the bowling department, and Slug is the perfect 7 from what we've seen. Can score but also a rock when we have a collapse to that far down
