Got all the way to the final process when the Psychiatrist speaks to all parties.

Took the appointed psychiatrist two minutes with his ex and her new partner to have seen/heard enough to recommend all rights be returned to my friend in regard to his daughter.

Nothing happened to the accusers though.

It was crazy to watch it unfold. The lack of support for Fathers during the process was eye opening.

He was lucky his daughter absolutely adores him though. Nobody would have ever been able to poison her mind.

There is really nothing what so ever to support even suggesting that ‘there maybe more to it’ .What does that even mean? . Courts have deliberated on all of the evidence presented and made a clear finding . Rape is rape

Yep all good suffer a few trust issues but other than that no problems. The girls would have seen their mum 3 times in 15-20 years all her choice. Her loss

Manslaughter is a different charge to murder. You piqued my interest so I googled it - median sentence in Victoria for manslaughter is 8 years. So more than the rapist, on this occasion.
