Im not sure what Queensland's law is, but if you want to move more than 100ks away in Victoria you need the other persons consent or you need to go to court

And she would have no trouble getting court consent. Courts consider the impact on the kids schooling-and the youngest school isnt school age so its s non issue. Family support and Perth is where hers is. His career needs wont carry weight with the court because a) he is in a career where he can work in different states and b) hes basically at retirement age for his career so theres no reason he cant move to Perth and have shared care.

Likely she would get permission to go home and he would get visitation rights.

It sounds crude but I reckon Lachie is a pretty smart footballer. I'd think he make a good coach if he was ever to venture down that path. Whether it be AFLW or AFL , having a Neale Jnr would be an asset to a football club, irrespective if they were brought up by Jules or Tess but guided by Lachie.

It’s a mission / pilgrimage from 2017. They go overseas for 6-12months to preach and try to convert. Once they complete that they’re considered elders of the church. I have a friend that went to the US, but I think some go interstate.
I’m not a Mormon; just what my friend has explained to me.

When I was a kid (14/15) there were young Mormons from Utah doing their haj or whatever it is. Nice guys, ex marines, it was the 1980s so they didn't go to war or anything. We (ie local kids) saw them in our streets all the time, made friends and ended up teaching them how to play cricket. They'd come round every day for a couple of weeks while we'd have these games in the local park over summer. I think they preferred that to walking around Maribyrnong getting doors slammed in their faces.
