I feel like Brodie is a smoky just because wines is out for the first couple. He should really be filling that inside extractor role if he is performing ok in preseason.

Writing off Berry after one season where he was the size of a 12 year old, just because he didn’t live up to Reid’s unbelievable first season was always stupid.

Looks like he has put on more size and looks confident on the track, albeit he looked pretty good this time last year too but I don’t think his body and perhaps overall maturity was ready for a full season last year. Having said all that his stats for a first year player were fine.

There was one game toward the end of the season where he slotted a beautiful running goal and noticeably picked up after it.
He’s not lacking skill.

There was one bit of play.think it was the last game vs GC where he went back with the flight of the ball and took a very good mark. It was a hospital ball, but he showed courage.

Had a chance meeting with Andy Collins fairly recently.
Didn't recognise him at first, he's certainly aged a lot since he was coaching Westies.
Amiable, easy to talk to, genuine bloke, and very focused.
Has a lot of ideas, so hopefully some of them help us towards achieving long awaited success?
Sounds like he's really bought into our club's culture, and is quite bullish about where the club is heading.
We await the results though!

I’ve seen plenty of him at WAFL level. Picks up a ton of possessions and kicks pretty good.
He’s just struggled to take that step up to AFL.
Hopefully he can take that step with us

Moving and balanced taking the ball as speed, burned off his direct opponent, sliced and diced through the pack and hit I think it was Lukosius for the easy goal with no fuss.

Yeah its true. I wouldnt say he showed zilch but it wasnt a strong first year at all. I feel like our club has been a little spoiled with first year performers though.

He wasn't setting the world alight in the sanfl but for some reason got picked for the seniors even though he wasn't ready.

If you get picked for the seniors whether you're the best player at the club or the worst, the youngest or the oldest - you should be expected to perform... especially if you're a first rounder
