Yeah that seems to be the general consensus. If I have to do some phone scrolling at some stage (like every part of the Lincoln Lawyer that isn't about the main story) so be it.
I'm not saying don't watch it season one was really good

season two just didn't reach the same heights for most people

Struggled to find something to watch lately. Wanted something lighthearted and use as little mind power as possible. So for some reason I settled on the Gilmore girls. Don’t know what came over me… probably the pretty faces and long legs.

Anyhow the first season or two was ok, then by season 4/5 I’ve grown to hate every, I mean every single character. Even Luke with that stupid backwood baseball cap. I don’t think I’ve hated every single character in a show before.

Still powering through, just started the last season. I think I’m hoping there is some pay off in the finale, or at least it will put me out of my misery.

This post has been some sort confession/penance to purge myself of the guilt I think.

The Pendragon Cycle: Rise of the Merlin. Didn't get through the first episode. Cheap sets, shockingly poor CGI, the plot is a hot garbage mishmash of King Arthur, Atlantis and Moses.

My sister loves the show and re-watches it every now and again and every time she does I have to hear about how much she despises Rory.

Rory becomes a character everyone loves to a character everyone despises.

That said the writing of how her character has progressed through "a year in the life" was interesting.... but the ending
where she announces she's pregnant
was the series' original ending had the creator stayed for season 7 itself.

I marathoned the series last year and it was the first time I had done so in donkeys years.

We've all been there with some kind of rubbish drama, comedy or reality TV that we ask "why exactly am I watching this?". Sometimes bad TV has it's own kind of watch-ability. But then there's a threshold where it really should just be avoided.

Sometimes bad reality TV (no, not MAFS) does that for me. Or old, cheesy sitcoms that are somewhere between cringe and a nostalgic comfort.

Finished it last night, it's so good.

It actually is Beery, we only started watching it second half of last year, dragged it out until January, only two months to go for season 4
From is quality.

I actually think with a show like that the setting shouldn't give you extremely likeable characters. Not that they should all be irredeemable or torturous to watch, but it makes sense for them to be flawed, misguided, reactionary and barking up the wrong tree most of the time. It also fits that they are dicks to each other and have terrible ideas.

I’m a couple of episodes into A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.

Pretty enjoyable, very different vibe to GoT and HoTD but it works well.
it gets better and better.

Went away recently and needed something light for the plane so I randomly downloaded Tell Me Lies on Disney+.

I'm pretty hooked. 5 eps in. Good little show. Underrated and never heard about it before.

Love Story JFK jr and Carolyn Bassett by Ryan Murphy. Haven’t watched any of his projects since American Horror Story 2. The two actors have great chemistry and enjoying it.

Been trying a few first eps to find a show to watch.

The Pitt. Seems well made but not my cup of tea.

From. I was OK with the premise of a town that you can't escape and it's haunted by ghouls. Then it just got dumb.

The Lincoln Lawyer. Some interesting characters and initial plot. I loved David E. Kelley's previous show, Goliath, so I'm gonna go with this one.
